We are nearly complete with our Flavel Watermain Improvement project. We have installed all of the mainline and are working on services and hydrant laterals this week. Hydrostatic, Disinfection and Continuity testing will begin late this week, followed by Portland Water Bureau crews making final connections. Interlaken will return to the site to complete final paving restoration and job clean up sometime in early November. Here are some pictures of our progress:
