Oregon City Alley Enhancement Project

Interlaken, Inc. has been awarded the contract for the City of Oregon City Downtown Alley Enhancement Project. A project to replace underground utilities and repave the alley has been designed for the 700 Block alley located between Railroad Avenue and Main Street. Construction will occur during the fall/winter of 2014/2015 and is anticipated to take approximately three months. The project consists of installing 160 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 250 linear feet of potable water pipe, 80 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and over 4200 square feet of reinforced concrete walks and 60 tons of asphalt. This project is part of a multiphase project the City of Oregon City has developed to beautify and properly manage the Public Right of Way areas in the city’s downtown area.
