Interlaken has added Coate as Operations Manager. His background includes heavy civil construction experience within the state of Oregon. Coate has worked in several different construction areas and brings a large amount of experience in the arena of yard piping, large bore pipe installation, excavations and demolition. As well as an emphasis on Public Works Projects requiring extensive coordination with multiple agencies/bureaus, large diameter steel pipeline construction in both rural and urban settings (City of Portland), development of extensive engineered shoring, dewatering and site monitoring plans, complex traffic control plans, casing jacking and boring plans, value engineering and modification of steel pipe line.
